New tools, new behaviors

I’ve started using a new ChatGPT-like AI tool called perplexity which scans the internet to generate answers and provides links to references that it has used. It will also ask questions to sharpen and focus your initial query. One thing I’ve used it for is to generate examples for how to use various Python libraries. (I’ve only used the free version which links to their internally-developed LLMs although you can also pay and link it to GPT4.)

This forum is small but thoughtful. I wonder what new tools/behaviors others here are finding useful?

I typically use chat-gpt (subscription) and stuff like eleven-labs. Perplexity looks interesting. Will have to spend some more time then my initial peruse through it to make an informed decision but I like how it cites the references.
